Note to self: Do NOT start marigolds in March.
I sowed a tray of dwarf French marigolds on March 21st. Thought I needed that much time to have some plants to go out late May.
Well, here we are, only 5 weeks later and it's still April.
Yikes! Already budding up (insert)!
I'm still glad I started the Zahara zins that early. Looks like I'll have some nice size plants for the driveway border beds.
But I do see that the tall State Fair zins (over to the side next to the wall) are needing to be potted up.
Long range forecast says May will be warm days and mild nights. Yeah, right. Like I'm going to swallow that! LOL
How about you? How are your starts coming along?
